How and when your order reaches you, and how to return or exchange it if something isn't right. This policy forms part of our Terms & Conditions and does not limit your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
Shipping
Where we ship
We ship across Australia and internationally. Domestic and international shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your destination.
Rates and free shipping
- Standard (Australia) — A$10 flat rate, free on orders over A$150. Estimated 3–5 business days.
- Express (Australia) — A$15 flat rate, free on orders over A$200. Estimated 1–2 business days.
- International standard — A$30 flat rate, free on orders over A$350. Estimated 5–8 business days.
Australian shipping costs are shown in Australian dollars and include GST. International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes or customs charges set by the destination country; these are the recipient's responsibility and aren't included in our shipping charges.
Processing and dispatch
In-stock orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days, Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order is on its way.
Pre-orders
Some pieces are available on pre-order. These dispatch on or around the estimated date shown on the product page. If your order includes both pre-order and in-stock items, we'll hold it and ship everything together once the pre-order item is ready — if you'd prefer your in-stock items sent first, just let us know and we'll arrange separate dispatch.
Delivery times
Once dispatched, estimated delivery times within Australia are generally:
- Metro areas: 2–5 business days
- Regional and remote areas: 5–10 business days
- International: varies by destination, with an estimate shown at checkout
These are estimates provided by our carriers and aren't guaranteed. Delivery can take longer during sale periods, new releases or peak times.
Tracking and lost parcels
Your dispatch email includes a tracking number. If your tracking hasn't updated for several days, or your parcel is marked delivered but you haven't received it, please contact us at info@enduroapparel.com.au and we'll help track it down. Once an order is delivered to the address you provided, risk passes to you, so please make sure your delivery details are correct at checkout.
Returns & Exchanges
Change-of-mind returns
If something isn't right, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, provided the item is:
- Unworn, unwashed and in its original condition
- With all tags attached and in its original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
For hygiene reasons, items that have been worn, washed or altered can't be returned for change of mind. This change-of-mind policy is offered in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
How to start a return or exchange
Email us at info@enduroapparel.com.au with your order number and whether you'd like a refund or an exchange. We'll reply with return instructions. Please don't send items back without contacting us first.
Return postage
For change-of-mind returns and exchanges, return postage is at your own cost, and we recommend using a tracked service as we can't be responsible for items lost in transit back to us. Where an item is faulty, not as described, or sent in error, we'll cover the return postage (see below).
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Your bank or card provider may take a little longer to show it. Original shipping charges are non-refundable for change-of-mind returns.
Exchanges
Want a different size or colour? Let us know when you start your return and we'll reserve the replacement where stock allows. If your preferred option isn't available, we'll refund you so you can reorder.
Pre-order cancellations
You can cancel a pre-order for a full refund at any time before it's dispatched — just email us and we'll take care of it.
Faulty, damaged or incorrect items
If your item arrives faulty, damaged or not as ordered, contact us within a reasonable time at info@enduroapparel.com.au with your order number and a photo of the issue. We'll make it right with a repair, replacement or refund as appropriate, and we'll cover return postage. Natural variation in colour, texture and finish is a characteristic of natural fibres and is not considered a fault.
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
