Frequently asked questions.

A pre-order lets you reserve a piece before it lands in stock. Payment is taken when you order, which secures your size, and we dispatch it on or around the estimated date shown on the product page.

Each pre-order item shows an estimated dispatch window on its product page. Those dates are estimates, and we'll email you if anything shifts. As soon as your order is on its way, you'll get a confirmation with tracking.

If you need to change or cancel, email us at info@enduroapparel.com.au as soon as possible. We can usually help before an order is dispatched. Pre-orders can be cancelled for a full refund any time before they ship.

You'll receive a dispatch email with a tracking number once your order leaves us. If your tracking hasn't moved for a few days, get in touch and we'll chase it up.

We ship Australia-wide and internationally. International shipping is calculated at checkout based on your destination.

Standard shipping is free on Australian orders over A$150. For Australian orders under that, and for all international orders, shipping is calculated at checkout based on your destination, with express available where offered. Full details are on our Shipping & Returns page.

In-stock orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days. After that, delivery is generally 2–5 business days to metro areas and 5–10 to regional and remote areas. These are carrier estimates and can run longer during peak periods.

You can return an item within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, as long as it's unworn, unwashed, with tags attached and in its original packaging. See our Shipping & Returns page for the full details.

Email us at info@enduroapparel.com.au with your order number and whether you'd like a refund or exchange, and we'll send return instructions. Please get in touch before sending anything back.

Once we've received and inspected your return, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Your bank may take a little longer to display it.

We're sorry to hear that. Email us with your order number and a photo, and we'll make it right with a repair, replacement or refund, and cover return postage. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law always apply. Note that slight natural variation in colour and texture is a feature of natural fibres, not a fault.

Our pieces are designed true to size, so we'd suggest your usual size. Each product page has a "Size & Fit" section with a size guide and the model's measurements for reference.

If you like a closer fit, size down; for a more relaxed feel, size up. Still unsure? Email us your measurements and what you're after, and we'll point you to the right size.

Natural fibres only: merino wool and organic cotton across the launch collection, with no polyester, nylon or elastane. Every product page lists its full composition.

Yes. Our merino is sourced mulesing-free from certified growers under the ZQ standard, which covers animal welfare, land management and fibre integrity.

Merino is low-maintenance and naturally odour-resisting, so it needs washing less often. Airing it out between sessions is often enough. When you do wash it:

• Machine wash cold on a wool or gentle cycle, inside out, with similar colours
• Use a wool-friendly detergent, no bleach or fabric softener
• Lay flat to dry, away from direct heat; don't tumble dry

Washing cold and laying flat to dry keeps the shape and prevents shrinkage. Our merino is a fine micron knit chosen for next-to-skin softness, so it's designed to feel smooth rather than scratchy.

We accept major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and any additional options shown at checkout. All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST.

Yes. Payments are handled by our secure third-party payment provider, and we never store your full card details. You can read more in our Privacy Policy.
