Last updated 15 June 2026
Enduro Apparel, a registered business name of BCHF Ventures Pty Limited (ABN 41 699 761 067) ("enduro", "we", "us", "our") respects your privacy. This policy explains how we collect, use, hold and disclose your personal information when you visit enduroapparel.com.au, place an order, or otherwise interact with us, and how we comply with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs).
01The information we collect
The kinds of personal information we collect depend on how you deal with us. This generally includes:
Information you give us
- Your name, email address, delivery and billing address, and phone number where provided.
- Order and pre-order details, purchase history and product preferences.
- Payment information needed to process a transaction (see section 03).
- Any information you include when you contact us, subscribe to our mailing list, or respond to a survey or promotion.
Information we collect automatically
- Device and browser type, IP address, and general location.
- Pages viewed, products browsed, referring website and how you use the site, collected through cookies and analytics tools such as Google Analytics (GA4).
You do not have to identify yourself when making a general enquiry, though we may be unable to fulfil an order or respond fully if you choose not to provide certain information.
02How we collect it
We collect personal information directly from you — for example when you place an order, complete the contact form, or join our mailing list. We also collect some information automatically through cookies and analytics, and occasionally from our service providers (such as a payment provider confirming that a payment has cleared). We only collect information by lawful and fair means.
03Payment information
Payments are processed by our third-party payment provider. enduro does not collect or store your full card details. Your payment information is handled by the provider in accordance with their own security standards (including the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard, PCI-DSS) and their privacy policy.
04Why we collect, hold and use your information
We use your personal information to:
- Process, fulfil and deliver your orders, including pre-orders, and manage returns or exchanges.
- Communicate with you about your order, respond to enquiries, and provide customer support.
- Send you marketing and updates about new releases, restocks and offers, where you have consented (see section 07).
- Operate, improve and personalise the website and our products, and understand how our customers use the site.
- Detect and prevent fraud, and protect the security of our site and customers.
- Meet our legal, tax and regulatory obligations.
05Cookies and analytics
We use cookies and similar technologies to keep the site working, remember your preferences, and understand how the site is used through analytics. Most browsers let you refuse or delete cookies through your settings; if you do, some parts of the site may not work as intended. We use Google Analytics to help us measure and improve performance — you can learn more at Google's privacy page.
06When we disclose your information
We do not sell your personal information. We may disclose it to:
- Service providers who help us run our business — including payment processors, shipping and fulfilment carriers, our email and marketing platform (Klaviyo), analytics (Google), and our website host (Vercel).
- Professional advisers such as accountants and lawyers, where reasonably required.
- Government, regulatory or law enforcement bodies where required or authorised by law.
- A purchaser or successor in the event of a sale or restructure of our business, subject to this policy.
We take reasonable steps to ensure these parties handle your information consistently with the APPs.
07Direct marketing
With your consent, we may send you marketing communications by email. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can opt out at any time by using that link or by emailing us. We handle marketing in accordance with the Spam Act 2003 (Cth). Opting out of marketing will not affect transactional messages about an order you have placed.
08Overseas disclosure
Some of our service providers store and process data outside Australia, including in the United States (for example Klaviyo and Google). Where we disclose personal information overseas, we take reasonable steps to ensure it is handled in a manner consistent with the APPs.
09How we keep your information secure
We take reasonable steps to protect your personal information from misuse, interference, loss, and unauthorised access, modification or disclosure. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, so while we work to protect your information we cannot guarantee absolute security.
10How long we keep it
We keep personal information only for as long as it is needed for the purposes set out in this policy, or as required by law (for example, we are required to keep certain financial records for at least five years). When it is no longer required, we take reasonable steps to destroy or de-identify it.
11Accessing and correcting your information
You may request access to the personal information we hold about you, and ask us to correct it if it is inaccurate, out of date or incomplete. To make a request, email us at info@enduroapparel.com.au. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request, and will respond within a reasonable time. There is no fee to make a request, though a reasonable charge may apply in limited cases for access.
12Complaints
If you have a concern about how we have handled your personal information, please contact us first at info@enduroapparel.com.au so we can try to resolve it. If you are not satisfied with our response, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) at oaic.gov.au or on 1300 363 992.
